She made sure I was informed, calm, and comfortable every step of the way. The entire hospital staff was highly trained, efficient, and compassionate. The amenities at Musa Hospital are excellent—clean, modern, and patient-friendly. Dr. Shaista’s expertise in gynecology is truly unmatched in Aligarh, and her polite, thorough approach sets her apart. Worst experience Timing 12:30 pm at the clinic is one of wo6rst things we encounter here your entire day can be ruined. very overrated treat their patients as money making cows, At every visit CBC profile urine test from their own lab just to add charges Receptionist behaviour is frustrating they just laughed when we asked them why we were waiting instead of coming first They started ultrasound at their hospital as well but catch is Dr S.jabeen has to operate ultrasound machine so wheather she attends Opd patients or to perform ultrasound so you have to wait untill all the OPd patient are over And s Receptionist staff didn't acknowledge their lack of responsibility

My doctor was highly dedicated and made every effort to ensure a normal delivery, but I ultimately opted for a C-section by choice. Despite this, the doctor respected my decision and ensured I was comfortable and well-informed. A special thanks to Fiza, a sister at Musa Hospital, who was by my side throughout the procedure. Her kindness, patience, and reassurance made a huge difference in keeping me calm and at ease. She truly went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free.
