Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hospital. The staff here are extremely rude and unprofessional. There is no transparency in how they are calling patients — no proper display or announcement of serial numbers. It’s clear that they give preference to their acquaintances or to those who offer extra money to get their turn early. Even after paying a hefty consultation fee, genuine patients are made to wait for hours, watching others cut the line without any explanation. And if you dare to question the process or ask for clarification, the staff will misbehave and speak harshly. This kind of behavior in a Private healthcare facility is not only disappointing but also highly unethical. Patients come here for treatment, not to be mistreated. I wouldn’t recommend this hospital to anyone.

This place is hard to find without Google Directions. Heard a lot of Good things about this place, while by looks It seemed a bit lack of vintage, but just seemed like that. Doctors and staff are well informed of the modern day care and they take care of their patients well. Satisfied!!

All Doctors are irresponsible. Mostly staffs do misbehave. They are Thug of Ambala, Haryana, India.
