I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent experience at your hospital. While I appreciate the care and attention provided by the medical staff, I was concerned about the delayed treatment I experienced during my visit on 17/02/2025. The delay in treatment caused unnecessary stress and anxiety for both myself and my family, and I believe it is an area that could be improved for better patient care. I understand that hospitals can become busy and that some delays are inevitable. However, it would be greatly appreciated if clearer communication could be provided regarding wait times or if alternative solutions could be implemented to ensure patients receive timely attention. Improving response times and keeping patients informed would contribute significantly to enhancing the overall patient experience. This hospital is also like other hospitals only. Price tag only. Without asking customers they will do scans, etc.. and they will pay the bill at the counter. They don't know if customers have money or not, they just need bills.
