Lakshmi Hospital,

I visited to Lakshmi Hospital alongwith my grand son, who was suffered fever, the Children's Dr Bhaskar Reddy was make afraid us, immediately admit the child in my hospital otherwise the child will affectef with fits. So we have admit my grand son in the Hospital and get A/ c room with rent of Rs. 2,500/- / day. The fever was in control in a single day, but the Doctor did't discharge in spite of our request, because room rent was high. After 3 days he was discharged with Hospital Bill for Rs. 15,500/-.We surprised for normal fever this much of bill. After make an enquiry they told that Room rent for 3 days Rs. 7500/-, Nurse charges Rs. 500/- and Rs. 7,500/- for Hospital Maintenance Charges ( Rs. 2,500/- per day for 3 days.) This was not mentioned anywhere in Hospital Charges Rates Board. The same was questioned the doctor, he told that every hoapital will charge like this, without guiding the patients. The patiets will shocked while paying bill. They are charging HIDDEN CHARGES while paying bill.They neither explained the Hospital maintenance charges will apply for those who takes the room at the time of admitting the patients nor the same was reported/ mentioned in the hospital prise board. They r cheating the patients Finally the Hospital Authirities cheating and looting the patients and their hard earned money.VERY VERY BAD.

We are admitted in the hospital due to the reason that my brother got viral fever we took an AC room they told it costs 2500 per day at first and after we stayed 3 days so it should cost 7500 for room but at the discharging time they said 17500 is our total bill. We asked that, why its so much of cost they said that 8000 was Hospital maintenance charge. So they took room charge as 5000 per day. Its totally frod and the treatment is also not good. Dr. Bhasker reddy was the worst doctor i have seen in my life. Dont visit the hospital. 🙏🙏

My experience at Lakshmi Hospital for my spouse’s C-section delivery was extremely disappointing. The staff was unprofessional and lacked compassion. We faced long delays, poor communication, and a complete lack of proper care. The nurses were inattentive, and my spouse was left in discomfort for hours. Post-surgery care was equally bad—no proper assistance was given, and the staff was rude when we asked for help. This hospital needs to seriously improve its maternity services. I would not recommend it to anyone expecting quality care for such an important moment in Live worst hospital
