Razia Multi Speciality Hospital

Please double check doctor's availability before going to this hospital to avoid waiting for long hours. Took appointment to meet Dr. Shamsad Begum at 12:30pm but after reaching the hospital on time, we were asked to wait till 4:30pm. Spoke to the reception staff Suchitra on why we were asked to come at 12:30 pm when doctor was not available till 4:30pm but there was no appropriate response from her. We followed up with the receptionist for appointment since 2 days and after taking the appointment and came to hospital, we were asked to wait.This is something which is not at all acceptable. These people should value and respect others time.

Only if there was an option to give zero rating, I could have used it. Have been there for 4times. The doctor has never been punctual in all my visits. Neither does the doctor take time to at least explain the patient about the test results. I have been asked to take multiple tests and which I did, but, doctor never cared to explain me what the test results are nor did she tell me what symptoms I had and what should be the way forward. All I was told was to put down my weight and visit her a couple of months later and nothing else. I went there because of my close friend’s reference. She had food treatment but after that never heard a good review.

My wife was carrying. We have approached Shamshed Begum Madam. She is very good doctor understands patients problems gives correct Guidance. Suggestions were taken from 3rd Month onwards, but during Delivery phase Madam was not available and we had to consult another hospital for Delivery. Overall very Good doctor. Thank You Doctor
