My father was admitted to the hospital on March 19, 2025, with broken ribs and a blood clot on the liver. Under the care of Dr. Shiva Shankar Naik, he received excellent treatment without requiring surgery. I was impressed with how quickly my father recovered. The night duty nurses were particularly attentive, checking on my father every 30 minutes, asking questions, and providing thorough care. I applied for cashless treatment, and the TPA (insurance) team was extremely patient, clarifying all my doubts and guiding me through the claims process with the required documents.
