I had a very disappointing experience at Shehjar Hospital. They charged significantly more than expected Despite multiple requests, they failed to provide a proper bill or breakdown of charges. The nursing staff seemed unaware of basic medical ethics and were dismissive of patient concerns. The lack of transparency and professionalism is deeply concerning.

I admitted my wife here for a Cesarean delivery in December, a particularly cold month here. The hospital had excellent heating arrangements, and the availability of AC rooms ensured a comfortable stay. The C-section was performed under the supervision of Dr. Fozia, and everything went perfectly during our time at the hospital. The entire staff, including nurses, attendants, and housekeeping personnel, were extremely helpful and attentive. Additionally, I had some pending insurance documentation at the time of discharge. Once Dr. Fozia became aware of the issue, she personally intervened and ensured it was resolved promptly. Overall, we had a very positive experience at Hospital, thanks to the professionalism and care provided by the doctors and staff. I truly appreciate their dedication and highly recommend this hospital for maternity care.
