I had a highly unsatisfactory experience at Heera Surya Nursing Home, particularly with Dr. Barsha Mishra. Her approach to patient care was extremely unprofessional, and I found her medical expertise to be highly questionable. 1. Poor Medical Knowledge & Unethical Practice – The doctor performed a Caesarean section in a manner that was far from professional. Post-surgery, complications arose, raising serious concerns about her competency. 2. Failure in Family Planning Procedure – I had specifically requested ligation (tubal closure) to prevent future pregnancies. However, after 2.5 years, I discovered through consultations with other doctors that the procedure was either not done correctly or not performed at all. This is a serious breach of medical responsibility. 3. Exorbitant Charges with No Transparency – The hospital charged an unreasonably high amount for the delivery, with no proper breakdown or explanation of costs. 4. Unprofessional & Rude Behavior – Dr. Barsha Mishra lacks basic courtesy and empathy toward patients and their families. Her way of communicating is rude, dismissive, and far from what is expected from a medical professional. I strongly advise others to reconsider before seeking treatment from this doctor or hospital. The lack of proper medical care, transparency, and professionalism makes it a high-risk choice for expecting mothers.
