Hospital staff and nurse's behaviour is so good and also Dr.Rajarshi Mukherjee treatment is so excellent.

The hospital has good facility with good doctors and treatment. But the staff here is not at all up to the mark as required. The staffs are very careless as they forget to give medicine to patient when told to. They look at each other when asked to do something.

I recently had a distressing experience at "Mid West Hospital, Asansol (W.B)". My child was admitted with a fever, and while I expected professional care, the hospital’s focus seemed more on financial exploitation than medical treatment. They charged exorbitant fees under the pretext of unnecessary procedures, including a spinal fluid check, oxygen support, and inflated bed charges, none of which were explained as essential for a simple fever. Their approach felt manipulative, as they seemed intent on extorting more money at every step rather than prioritizing the patient's well-being. Despite the high costs, the quality of care and communication was subpar, leaving us anxious and mistrustful. A hospital should be a place of healing and compassion, not a business preying on vulnerable families. I would strongly discourage anyone from seeking treatment here unless they want to face unwarranted charges and stress.
