After wandering here and there for 3 years, when we finally went to Sparsh for the first time and met Ma’am, talking to her felt like we were speaking to a mother or an elder sister — politely, calmly. She reassured us that everything would be fine. There’s a lot to write, but here are some of the best things about Sparsh.” Behavior: Every doctor, staff member, and worker has a smile on their face. Everyone speaks with kindness and respect. Timing: The doctors and staff are there for your well-being. Let them do their work systematically—every patient is treated equally, and everyone’s turn will come. Result: When you’re surrounded by positivity, the results are bound to be positive too. Cleanliness & Sitting Area: There is enough space to sit comfortably, with steel chairs and couches. The washrooms are clean and maintained regularly. Two quotes from the doctors that keep our minds positive: Sir: “Now that you’ve come to us, we will make sure you leave with a baby.” Ma’am: “Those who come here with a smile, leave with a smile.”

I am visited here last year, Dr Mahua mam and Dr Anil sir of Sparsh Centre are very polite and humble, both are very cooperative. Both doctors explain everything to the patients very well, especially medical terms in an easy way. And they hopefully motivate the patients which gives positive vibes, all the staff(male & female) behave very well like snehasis da,jharna di, mamoni di etc.thank u both Doctor.again saying one of the best gyno centre in Asansol. Hi , I visited sparsh clinic on April 21st of last year (2024) and consulted Dr Mahuaya for my pregnancy. She was very calm and polite, also she heard my previous case of miscarriage. She explained me and my husband how she is planning to take care of my concerns. Everything was going fine till my 8th month. All of a sudden there was pain in my belly at night and we had to rush to the clinic. This pain actually gave me an idea how things gonna be if I'll go for labour at night, I called clinic and doctor multiple times. However, doctor didn't picked up. I called saying there is an emergency I need to see doctor but the receptionist said doctor is not here and can't be reached through phone. But that night it was just pain due toh bloating and I came back home. Few weeks later, i went to see doctor on my regular visit, I told her I saw some spotting. She told me it will take another 2 weeks for my delivery. But there was something else planned for me. Same night my water broke and labour pain started. Again I called clinic and doctor nobody picked up my call. Me and my husband called multiple times but nobody picked up. I went to another hospital where she used to practice but nobody was even touching me. My condition was so bad , they admitted me and sent me to an general female ward. Where I was on my own, I was screaming out of pain. Nobody came. Only few nurses came to check my blood pressure and there was no assistance in child birth. Because of one old lady who was beside me, she told me how to give birth. I started pushing and I successfully dilated 7cm. Doctor came at 7:50am in the morning when my baby's head was almost out. He was my doctor's husband who just took the baby out in the end. I had a traumatic experience of my labour, which I could never forget. Hence I would request both the doctors to be available at night. Because we never know when the baby is planning to come out. They both are good doctors but their unavailability at night can cause many mishaps. I wish I had doctor by my side in those moments when I needed her the most. I hope they change their work culture as being a doctor is not 9 to 5 job. Regards. PS
