Very bad hospital. These kind of places are meant to serve people with humble and polite attitude. But no, they think like they own you. They treat people like the doctor is treating patients free of cost. The staffs are so rude and arrogant you can't even imagine. They have online ticket booking system which is amazing. But on the other hand if you go to them directly and try to book ticket they will say the ticket will be given after the patient arrives. Even if you try to give full fees in advance still no ticket without patient. What kind of nonsense is this? You can give online ticket without seeing any person or patient. But you can't give ticket when someone is there before patient arrives. And the toilet is there main attraction. Even public toilets and railway toilets are much cleaner. So much foul smell that you can't stand for seconds.

Disappointing experience at Aum Hospital. The staff behavior is unprofessional, particularly at the ticket counter. I witnessed rude treatment of female patients, which is unacceptable. The hospital management needs to address this issue urgently and take necessary actions to improve staff conduct. Patients deserve respect and care, not insults. Hopefully, they'll take feedback seriously and make necessary changes."

I stayed three days that hospital. Doctor treatment so good and all Sister are so helpful...but but but staff are so rudely behaviour special Receptionist and security..
