Management and staff are not good . Specially the receptionist. They should be taught how to behave. Management: you need to call 1st to book but that is not confirmed and you won’t be given any number , you need to go again there before 1 and half hour for booking one more time and get the number . Either you accept money while calling to get a confirmed number or provide any other way . It’s very bad some pregnant lady will wait incessantly for 2 hours to complete the doctor visit . Please understand the pain of patient and change the process. And the lady near reception don’t behave like vip.
