Today had my baby's ears pierced by valli, She was incredibly professional, gentle, and patient with my little one. She made sure my baby was comfortable throughout the process, which put me at ease. The piercing equipment was clean and sterile, and she followed proper sanitation procedures. I appreciated their attention to detail and commitment to safety. I highly recommend cloudnine to anyone considering ear piercing for their baby. They're skilled, caring, and make the experience as smooth as possible.

I had a very positive experience during my child's stay. The nursing staff, particularly Shimtimary Tongwah and Bharathi, were incredibly kind and attentive, always offering help with warmth and a smile. The housekeeping team was just as supportive and efficient, ensuring everything ran smoothly. I'm especially grateful to Suresh, Karthik, and Sumitra Mama for their unwavering care and encouragement. The food was simple yet comforting—perfect for patients. A special thanks to Mr. Ravi, the cook, for preparing such nourishing meals with consistent care each day.

We did ear piercing together for two kids at home. Nurse Roopa Murmu was punctual and very patient in dealing with the kids. Ear piercing went smooth and the kids did not feel any pain. Aftercare instructions were given and Antiseptic lotion provided for 1 week application. Thanks Cloudnine and Nurse Roopa Murmu for making it easy for us.
