Dr. Rubina Shahnawaz is very unprofessional and so is her staff, I made appointments twice, confirmed the appointments but when I reached Fortis Bannerghatta I was informed she's not there. Does she think we have nothing better to do than drive all the way for no reason. Plenty decent Drs out there.
