FAKE Before admission they had informed we get 1 baby photo frame as complimentary post delivery, then after with 2-3 follow ups before discharge, photographer said busy even after waiting from morning 10AM to 6PM, we even said still we are here for 1 more hour to do the needful, there was no response from concern department. Disheartening was, this photo shoot has been part of PROCESS of MOTHERHOOD Hospital. Renowned faculty still PROCESS is not followed. This is my second baby in same branch, for my 1st baby i had opt payable photo shoot, that time same service was top notch. My understanding is, This particular department is not giving priority to process, hence do not commit during Room booking.
