Motherhood Ecity is one of the best maternity hospital! Thanks a lot to Dr. Deepmala who helped us a lot throughout our journy, clarified all our doubts , very supportive, always encouraged us for normal delivery.Highly recommend to everyone, definitely she is one of the best gynecologist. On delivery day, labour pain was induced and finally it was a normal delivery. Special thanks to nurse ashma tara mondal who was extremely supportive at the time of delivery. Thanks a lot to Suma/ Samson for explaining the entire process, packages clearly. Thanks to sophia mam for taking care of almost everything after the delivery and lastly special thanks to Archana mam who handled the billing section smoothly. Overall very good experience, premium quality of rooms, neet and clean...thanks to entire staffs, doctors and nurses once again for their tireless efforts.

I had a very positive experience at Motherhood Hospital, mainly because of Dr. Tejashwini. Throughout my pregnancy journey, she was kind and patient. But it was in the labour room that her presence meant the most—seeing her walk in gave me an instant sense of calm and confidence. I genuinely believe I had a normal delivery only because of her constant support, expertise, and reassuring presence. While the hospital service was okayish, there were a few issues with coordination and responsiveness that could be improved. Nurses and Staff were very polite, but follow-ups were needed for things like room cleaning, canteen services and timely responses. But Dr. Tejashwini’s exceptional care made all the difference. I highly recommend Dr. Tejashwini as a gynaecologist.

Booked Suite Room for Delivery. However I had to admit my wife for an observatory for 2 days which is a pre-delivery procedure. My wife was given 2 lungs development injections for the upcoming baby and kept for 48 hrs observation. 1. Doctors: The doctors are really nice and experienced 2. Rooms: Suite rooms are of highest categories and descent rooms 3. Nursing Staffs: New staffs, really nice behaviour but lacks experience. They were about to push magnesium injection and prepare for emergency delivery, but thank god I intervened and they started it without Doctor’s consent. Night staffs are not trained. I would have lost my wife if not noticed their stupidity on time, even the doctor was in shock. 4. Facilities: Poor facilities. Room service is poor and staffs not available at night or on “Sundays.” Despite booking Suite rooms literally we had to struggle for clean cloths, drinking water. No availability of necessary medicines. After the lungs injection the auger level of my wife supposed to shoot high, despite it’s a known procedure “insulin” was not available in the hospital. I had to search it midnight to get it from Anantha Nagar. Avoid taking admission on Sundays since no staffs available at the hospital. 5. Food & Dietary: Poor food & felt sorry for the dietitian since no one seems listening to her. Two days the pregnant lady was served only curbs and fibre. No vitamin no protein. Suite room food is like general wards of Govt Hospitals. Whatever food dietitian recommends and pantry delivers are different. Despite in Suite rooms you had to follow up multiple times to get food that is of poor quality. 6. Billing & Insurance: It was very smooth and staffs are really good. Got all papers processed for insurance within 2 hrs. Conclusion: Not recommended to book Suite / Executive Rooms since this hospital facilities, food and staffs are below standard. Only advantage is doctors are good and your doors and cars will be decorated with balloons by the hospital. Same feedback shared with hospital. Low rating is given due to poor facilities, untrained staffs and pathetic food.
