Dr. Madhushree mam is simply amazing and her calm and positive approach gives us confidence. They urge for a normal delivery until the end, which is good. Overall, anyday I suggest this hospital.

I’m writing to share my extremely disappointing experience at Motherhood Hospital Hebbal. Despite being drawn in by attractive package promises and a previous good experience at your Sarjapur branch, the reality at Hebbal was far from expected. Lack of transparency: Final billing was much higher than communicated, even for a normal delivery. Hidden charges and inflated costs were never explained upfront. Poor facilities: The room had no ventilation, a broken door lock, and a persistent foul smell. Maintenance noise throughout the day made it hard for even a newborn to rest. Unfulfilled promises: Website offers and welcome kits were never delivered. Staff behavior changed drastically post-payment. Unprofessional billing staff: Concerns were met with rude responses instead of support. While the doctors were professional, the overall management and service quality were unacceptable. I strongly urge you to improve transparency, fix infrastructure issues, and train staff to maintain consistent professionalism. To expecting parents: I recommend considering other hospitals that offer honest communication and better care.
