Dr. Wasim is an exceptional doctor with a great personality. He is humble, pious, and provided us the right advice. His way of communicating with patients is commendable, making them feel heard and respected. We did go through that. It would rate 4/5. However, the experience at the clinic is completely opposite. The receptionist and staff lack basic ethics, morals, and etiquette. Their behavior is rude, and they don’t even communicate properly. Patients are treated poorly, as if they are insignificant. The clinic is overcrowded, and the staff seem to run a monopoly, showing an unnecessary attitude without any valid reason. Dr. Wasim truly deserves a better-managed clinic that reflects his professionalism and care for patients. For Dr. Wasim it would be 4/5 For the Clinic 2/5

Title: "Tragic Loss Highlights Need for Enhanced Medical Care and Compassion in Pediatric Healthcare" In a heartbreaking incident that has left a family devastated, a 2-month-old infant tragically lost her life due to an undiagnosed heart condition. The incident sheds light on the pressing need for improved medical care, thorough diagnostic screening, and compassionate treatment, particularly in pediatric healthcare. The grieving parents had initially sought medical attention when their daughter began showing reluctance to feed. Visiting a well-known child specialist in Baramulla, they sought help for their child's feeding difficulties. Shockingly, they were met with negligence and blame, rather than the medical expertise and empathy they desperately needed during this challenging time. Despite their efforts to express their concerns, the doctor dismissed their worries and failed to conduct necessary diagnostic tests. Subsequent visits to another reputed doctor in the area yielded similar results. The lack of comprehensive evaluation and diagnostic procedures not only delayed proper treatment but also compounded the infant's health issues. Ultimately, the child's condition deteriorated to the point where she was admitted to the CHS at Bemina, where she was diagnosed with Dilated Cardiomyopathy (DCM) and left ventricular dysfunction. Tragically, it was too late, and the infant passed away just days after being admitted to the hospital. This heart-wrenching incident emphasizes the urgent need for a paradigm shift in the way medical professionals approach patient care, especially in regions where healthcare resources are limited. While financial constraints and inadequate healthcare infrastructure are challenges in many developing nations, the loss of a young life underscores the moral obligation of medical practitioners to prioritize thorough diagnostic examinations and compassionate care. Inadequate screening and rushed diagnoses can lead to dire consequences, affecting the most vulnerable members of society. This incident serves as a wake-up call for both the medical community and society at large. It is imperative for medical professionals to adopt a holistic and investigative approach to patient care, irrespective of financial limitations. Greater emphasis must be placed on early detection and timely intervention to prevent such heart-wrenching tragedies. Furthermore, this heartrending event compels us as a society to advocate for improved healthcare facilities, accessible and affordable diagnostic tools, and increased awareness regarding the value of human life. Every life is precious, and every effort must be made to ensure that proper medical care is available to all, regardless of their socio-economic background. In memory of the innocent life lost, let us collectively work towards a future where compassion, expertise, and access to quality healthcare converge to safeguard the well-being of our most vulnerable citizens.
