no management. only the people who have reference meet the dr on time rest just sit and wait and they dont bother much about your time even after taking the appointment you just sit there and see the patient who came after you , they are meeting the dr before u ,only because of ref . they did nt even tell u about your token no . highly disappointed . only visit if u can sit there for hours and hours even after taking appointment

I visited this clinic for my mother's treatment..I found Dr Nitin Gupta as a down to earth person and a walking powerhouse of knowledge who patients listens to patient's problem and is never in a rush to finish up his patients to miss important infotmation which might help in patient's treatment..My mother recovered alot from his treatment and she found herself in safe hands..He is really a boon to people of Batala...Highly recommend to all for hormonal related problems and sugar and thyroid problems...🙏🙏🙏🙏

Dr nitin does not know how to talk.He is so judgemental and not able to understand patients problems. Very bad decision of mine to visit there Otherwise staff members are good
