Best doctor with great humanity I have seen. Dr. Syed Sadath Sir takes every patient with personal interest. Faculty and nurses are good. Workers don't hesitate for any works. Well mainted hospital.

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid This Hospital If You Value Your Time and Dignity This hospital is an absolute disaster when it comes to patient service and basic professionalism. While the lady gynecologist is skilled, she has ZERO respect for patients’ time. Pregnant women are forced to wait endlessly, with no proper scheduling or accountability from the hospital staff. The reception and pharmacy are the worst part—staffed with rude, ill-mannered, and utterly incompetent individuals who have no understanding of customer service. The receptionists speak in an unacceptable tone, have no sense of courtesy, and behave as if they are doing patients a favor. They neither accept cards or UPI properly nor have the decency to tender exact change. To make matters worse, after making a UPI payment, the receptionist had the audacity to snatch my phone to check the transaction reference number. This is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and outright infuriating. The lack of responsibility and mismanagement in this hospital is beyond frustrating. Pregnant women, who already require extra care, are made to suffer due to poor administration, incompetent staff, and a complete disregard for patient comfort. If this level of negligence and misbehavior continues, patients need to escalate this issue to consumer complaint forums such as the National Consumer Helpline (NCH), the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, and medical grievance portals in India. Patients deserve respect and proper service, not this third-class treatment. This hospital needs serious reforms or should just shut down if they cannot provide even the most basic level of service. I strongly advise people to avoid this place at all costs unless they want to experience frustration, disrespect, and utter mismanagement.
