Dr is really good, he gives proper time to patient and explain things nicely, staff is also good, but seems like they are over loaded with work . Just to get some documents I had to visit there multiple days and was sitting there for 4-5 hrs. There is no proper communication and response, either they are over loaded or just not responsible. And patient family also need to be respectful, it’s hospital not public park. Anyway considering other hospitals in Bhagalpur this is much better.

1.patient opd waiting time is around 4hours or more.if u take appointment with doctor at 1100hrs your opd will start around 2pm or after . solution: doctor to start visit in icu at 0900hrs instead of 1100hrs 2.in pharmacy counter you have to wait for around 30 minute either your patient is in emergency or in icu .billing is very slow.solution,:make two people in billing and three people for taking out medicine during peak hours of rush.total five people required. 3.rude behaviour of security staff they will let only one person to enter doctor cabin first patient alone and after that only one person.it is very difficult to take decision by single person of relative if the patient is critical ill.solution: instructions may be passed to security that patient alongwith person accompanying them may be permitted to listen the advice by doctor.and further take decision for patient treatment. 4.if your patient is admitted in hospital than there is no communication with patient.the hospital had made visiting hours 1130 to 1230h.and between 1730h and 1830h.if you go to visit only two person is allowed.during visiting hours the patient will be masked with oxygen mask so tight that you will not understand what patient is telling.you will get doctor advice only once in 24 hours and you have to decide only on the doctor advice without knowing patient statement. 5.about patient food menu breakfast: a small bowl of daliya with four grape. lunch:only small bowl of daliya (insufficient) dinner.only small bowl of daliya and this food can be stopped any time for patient without the knowledge of patient relative solution: food may be given in presence of relative or a relative may be allowed to see through window outside icu while feeding. 6.over charging for medicine and making unnecessary testing like doing x-ray daily if the patient is admitted.they need 50 to 60 pair of gloves for only 10 icu staff,20 ecg leads daily.every patient is made to pay for extra medicine after you pay the full amount for discharge while in process of discharge.they will tell some more medicine are used in icu whose payment is due.smells something bad between icu and in hospital pharmacy.solution:this type of situation can only be checked by the will of doctor.
