SGN Hospital

No Doubt Dr Raj Kumar Indoliya has very good skill in his job. But staff don't care of hospital reputation. Even 2-3 people are there on front office but still nobody received phone calls I ranged 5 times today, Bell ranged No body picked up even when on My last visit i complaint to Dr. Still customer can't reach hospital over the phone at all. I suggest to hire some high paid staff who should have a bit knowledge and understanding about customer satisfaction. Dr Raj Kumar Indoliya is very humble and gentle man. A young very good doctor.

I got there for treatment of my fever and got admitted. After getting admitted i waited for more than half an hour but nobody came. I asked for a pillow that was not provided so i got frustrated and said to staff that I don't want any treatment then they asked me to pay 500₹ for file charges. I denied to pay this much so they started arguing with me and my brothers. At last i paid 300₹ and left. If you or your family members are in need then go to some other hospital and save your money and precious time which is useful for treatment.

One of the worst hospital in town, with zero facility. Mostly run by nursing staff not by doctor. And most of the staff and doctors have Tobacco in mouth always even in icu. Here every patient is shIfted in ICU. Too much medicine with no particular line of treatment given in this hospital. Highly suggest to all of you please atke care yourself and your loving one by avoiding to visit here.
