I recently visited Shubh Hospital on 21/01/25 for a consultation with Dr.Nikita Varshney Bansal, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. During the visit, the doctor dismissed my concerns, frequently interrupted me, and provided vague answers to my questions. She also commented on my health in a very inappropriate way. I felt rushed and unheard throughout the consultation. This behavior left me feeling disrespected and anxious about my health. As a patient, I expect professionalism, empathy, and clear communication, none of which were demonstrated. I hope the clinic takes steps to ensure that patients are treated with the respect and care they deserve.
