Hello. Everything is going so well so far. Dr Smita mam is great doctor, treatment is going on, my pain is a lot better these days with her recommended medication. Hope to concieve very soon. My dietician is very sweet, she makes me understand the importance of a healthy diet for the issues i am getting treatment for. She has given me a diet plan that i can easily follow and easy to prepare with my busy work schedules, very very thankful for that. My bloating, acidity and constipation issues are checked now. Hope my egg quality also improve with that. Yoga sessions are very relaxing, as i am doing it ealry morning, it gives a great start to my day ahead. Very very relaxing and helpful. Overall this careplan is a boon for me, earlier i was very unsure and confused about what to do and what to do for my issues.
