I visited this hospital for my wife's treatment. The documentation process at the reception is quite lengthy, which takes up a lot of time. If this process could be made smoother, it would be more convenient for patients and their attendants. Overall, the treatment experience was average. Some improvements are needed, especially in the initial process, to reduce waiting time for patients.
Standardised equipment , highly knowledgeable and soft spoken doctors and staff , specially Dr farah shiren khan ....I strongly recommend KIMS hospital to everyone. Thank you everyone all staff
