Dr. Vikash Agarwal is an excellent and professional doctor, and SM Hospital is a well-established and reputed hospital. The staff members are also friendly. While I would have given a 5-star rating, my experience was affected by the waiting time. Despite informing the hospital via WhatsApp and being advised to come in the morning, I arrived with my patient at 9 AM but met the doctor only at 5 PM. It defeats the purpose of scheduling in advance. Nevertheless, the hospital and staff are commendable.
