Aastha Hospital

I wish there was a negative star rating available on Google. This hospital doesn't not deserve even one star. Aastha Hospital has conducted Dhanda Nacha for 2 day's with multiple speakers infront of the hospital. Instead of providing proper care and support to the patient they were creating huge noise through out the whole night. No approvals were taken to conduct Dhanda Nacha infront of hospital. I had admitted my wife for delivery. They had given a room which is full of cockroach 🪳 type bugs. Probably all rooms in the hospital are bug-infested. Imagine having a new born baby in a bug infested environment. Hence DON'T VISIT THIS HOSPITAL. Ceilings are full of fungus, humid environment. Having a stinky smell. There is only 1 fan for the patient and there is No additional fan provided for the family member who is there to take care of the patient. None of the Nurse / staff are trained enough to take care of the patient Bathroom was not cleaned for 3 day's as the person who will clean the bathroom was on leave. It was stinking for 3 day's. Even the urine bag was disposed in the same bathroom. Nurse / staff denied to help the patients to lift her from the bed. No kind of support was provided to her. They clearly said it's the responsibility of the family members not the staff. Upon speaking with supposedly maintenance manager or something, he responded in a very casual carefree attitude. DONT VISIT THIS HOSPITAL.

And even AC were not working, but we paid charges for AC. Upon speaking with one Mr. Debasish (supposedly maintenance manager or something), he responded in a very casual carefree attitude that they will send maintenance team to fix and clean the AC, Which they didn't do during our 4 day stay. At last, they even refused to provide bills after full cash payment. After a lot of arguments with the supposedly Admin guy and the profit minded doctor who referred us there, they finally provided the bill. DONT VISIT THIS HOSPITAL.

Very darty hospital,specially general word no one looking this area house keeping is very bad, toilet is very dirty, no ventlation proper in general word. Management staffs are not support to general word patient .
