I had a wonderful and successful normal delivery at Cloudnine Hospital, T Nagar, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible support and care I received — especially from Dr. Neeranjana, who was my Gynecologist and Obstetrician. Dr. Neeranjana is not just an experienced and highly knowledgeable doctor, but also someone who brings warmth, compassion, and reassurance to every appointment. From the very beginning of my pregnancy, she guided me with clarity and confidence, addressing every concern I had with patience. She was always approachable, available for queries, and made sure I was well-informed and comfortable through every phase of my pregnancy. During the delivery, her calm demeanor and expertise truly made a difference. She closely monitored every step of the process and made me feel completely safe and in good hands. Thanks to her dedication and guidance, I had a smooth and successful normal delivery, and welcomed a healthy baby boy into this world. A heartfelt thanks also to Physiotherapist Roshini, whose prenatal exercises and labor-time guidance were instrumental in managing my labor pains. She was extremely encouraging and played a key role in making my delivery experience more manageable. Nutritionist Hari Priya provided an excellent, customized diet plan that helped me gain healthy weight and stay energetic throughout the pregnancy. Her nutritional advice ensured the well-being of both me and my baby. The nursing team at Cloudnine was attentive, caring, and always available, making my hospital stay truly comfortable. A big shoutout to the NICU nurses who took excellent care of my baby boy with utmost professionalism and love. I also want to appreciate the housekeeping staff who maintained a very clean environment in both the patient room and the LDU room. Their attention to detail and willingness to help with even the smallest things made a big difference during my stay. As a first-time breastfeeding mother, I’m grateful to Lactation Expert Mercy and her wonderful team, who provided great support and education on breastfeeding. Their guidance gave me the confidence I needed. Pediatrician Dr. Ram Kumar was also extremely helpful. He took the time to explain every detail about my baby’s health and provided emotional reassurance to us as new parents. Dr. Neeranjana has now become our go-to family doctor, and her involvement doesn’t end at delivery — she continues to provide postnatal care and advice with the same level of dedication. Her combination of medical excellence, empathetic care, and personal attention is rare to find. Thanks to Cloudnine Hospital and its amazing team for making this journey so memorable and positive. Dr. Joni and Dr. Vidya from gynaecology are very patient friendly and helpful. Their experience helped us to have smooth and secure experience with the procedures. Dr. Joni helped a lot for Normal Delivery. The support staffs and nurses are well mannered and helpful. Hospital facilities are good and well maintained. Customer relationship expert Ramya guides us throughout the pregnancy journey for a smooth process. Though Cloudnine is expensive, after the positive medical experience we got it's worth all the penny you spend. Dr. Ram Kumar from paediatrics is very well experienced and handles our child so well. Satisfactory overall.
