5 stars for the gynec department and 0 star for the paediatric department, so had to average the stars. I delivered twins via normal delivery thanks to Dr.Gayathri she is the best gynec I've ever been to. The entire nurse team were extremely supportive during the entire delivery and stay. I stayed for about 6 days. I got discharged in 2 days but had to be there for the babies since one of the twins was in the NICU for 3 days. And both babies in phototherapy for a day. The paediatric department capitalises on your fear as soon as the baby arrives. My boy baby had breathing issues so was admitted in NICU and I was being told the baby is not stable by Dr.Suganya and have to wait to tell the condition making us dread in fear. The very next day the baby was good and they told, I can get him out of NICU. They keep checking baby sugar with pins all throughout the 6 day stay every 6 hour once. They keep checking weight and keep saying the baby is losing weight, feed isn't sufficient. There is no warmth while the paediatric doctors conversing with patients. The physiotherapist never came to the room to teach me postpartum exercise. But I was charged for the physiotherapist. During the entire 6 day stay not even once the sheets were changed because if it had to be changed additional 100 rs. They clean the room and bathroom only once a day and the room is very average despite booking an AC suite room. My delivery robe was charged extra 100 because I had asked them to change since it had blood stains. Well even the hospital tag were being charged. My hospital bill worked to 2.5lakhs. Even the money is second part but the way Dr.Suganya talks to patients as if we might lose the baby ❌ I asked my nurse to get us discharged and I shall get treatment in a different hospital for which Dr.Suganya asked us to sign a paper stating if anything else happen to the babies that the hospital is not responsible.👌🏽Never visiting again for paediatric but the gynec is amazing.

Excellent and dedicated service by doctors for more than a decade. We are visiting here since 2013 both doctors Mr selva raj and Mr Ramani , their detailed explanation and consulting is the best in the city. Thanks a lot to their very dedicated service.

Good hospital. My wife was admitted here for delivery. They tried their best to make sure that it was a normal delivery and it was. Dr.Suma is an excellent doctor. We have been taking our kid to this hospital for vaccination and for other consultations since the last two years. The experience has always been good.
