My friends and classmates had him as a gynac and they said he is really good, with good expertise and experience. Very knowledgeable. My friends , all of them have had normal deliveries with healthy babies. Have a blessed pregnancy! :)

Doctor Eugene does not share his number and there is no way of contacting him. In case of emergency have to call the hospital and his assistant will deal with the case. Even walk ins are not allowed. Appointments have to be made in advance and you get a slot for a week later. When you try to call for an appointment no one answers the phone and later they don't allow you to meet with him unless you take an appointment.

The worst experience I have had with a doctor in terms of doctor-patient conduct. Dr Eugene doesn’t seem to have a simple sense of how to behave or conduct himself around a pregnant patient. Had to walk out from his clinic cause even after stating that I needed him for an emergency consultation he first chose to shout at me and be disrespectful. When I pointed out to him that I am just requesting him to have a look at me since he is my doctor he had the audacity to state to me to visit another doctor. As a person undergoing first pregnancy, more than medicine you expect your gynac to provide you with counselling and make you believe in them which dr Eugene frankly doesn’t have. All the foreign degrees are of no use if you can’t handle and put a patient to ease. Wanted to give zero ratings to him but google didn’t allow
