CARE KILKARI HOSPITAL & IVF CENTRE

This is the worst hospital in Darbhanga. They are simply looting people. This hospital doesn't even try to do normal delivery. After delivery for all the cases they keep the baby in the NICU. Even if the baby's condition is stable and normal it doesn't matter. ₹10,000/- per day charging for the NICU in normal case. All the babies delivered in this hospital are being kept in the NICU for at least 4-5 days for making money. Only two doctors (husband and wife) are running the show. Every month since the first visit they will advise you to do the ultrasound. There is no fixed time for doctors to visit in ward. Even if a patient is admitted in hospital, the doctor visiting charge in ward is ₹500/- per visit apart from ward charges. The doctor is not giving even two minutes of time to explain the situation to the guardian. Staff and nurses are always confused and not able to reply to the patient as well as the attendant. All will keep you in panic condition, no transparency at all. Medicines and any test reports from outside is not acceptable. Simple rooms are being charged ₹3500/- per day. Horrible experience in this hospital.

As usual in Darbhanga, there is no proper arrangement for the patients to sit, everyone has to gather crowd only. Brother, take 1500 instead of 500 but provide proper facilities for the patients(भैया 500 की जगह 1500 ले लो पर मरीजों के लिए उचित सुविधा तो उपलब्ध कराओ) Even after my appointment time I had to wait for 2 hours, and due to the crowd even my patient did not have a place to sit

I am presently posted as SDO at Lesa lucknow, due to work commitments I had to sent them at my in-laws at Darbhanga. I was a bit apprehensive at first then I visited Care Kilkari, it was too good. All the facilities at one roof, nabh certified and one of the best in class at helm. Dr. Babita and Dr. Mithilesh were to the point and handled the situation brilliantly. Staff was good too.
