The Hospital looks like garage, not even the Doc is involved in hygiene of that place, filthy environment, one cannot sit for a minute, even the ward boy or the man on the reception are least bothered. Filthy work culture full of pathogens. The infrastructure at least should be hygienic, what the Doctors are going to do with such a large amount that she takes from patients. Not even 1% is involved in the maintance of the clinic.
