He explained everything in detail and made sure we were well-informed at every step, which really helped ease our concerns. The hospital management was very efficient and supportive. Right from admission to discharge, everything was handled smoothly and systematically. I’d also like to highlight the cashless insurance process—it was seamless and hassle-free, which is a huge relief during stressful times. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the quality of care and the overall experience.
