The doctors’ sarcastic tone further affects the experience. Politeness and empathy are essential qualities that need to be addressed to improve patient satisfaction

I had an amazing experience at Srushti Speciality Hospital when my mother had surgery last week. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable.
