Cloud nine is leading chain of mother, baby and delivery experience along with fertility hospital started by Dr. R. Kishore Kumar, Rohit MA, and Vidya Kumar in the year 2006. Cloudnine specializes in maternity care, gynaecology, paediatrics, neonatology, fertility, and stem cell banking. Coming to this particular clinic at Patparganj, the service is good and location is well connected with metro and highway passing by. The facility, helping desk and doctors are within reach. They serve you well. The only thing I found not appropriate was the service consultation which is said something, in actual is something else and at last you pay something else. Hence the less star given. Else this particular clinic is well in reach and being a private hospital they treat you for value and money you pay. Go and utilise your best after visiting them and knowing them well.

We recently had a wonderful experience at Cloudnine Hospital, and I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to the entire team who supported us during this beautiful journey. A special thanks to Dr. Rupam Arora, who was with us every step of the way for the entire 9 months. Her guidance, reassurance, and unwavering support gave us the strength and confidence we needed throughout the pregnancy and delivery. We are also immensely grateful to the LDR staff, nursing staff, the Doula team, Kitchen Team, and the housekeeping team for their dedicated care. Their kindness, patience, and professionalism truly made a world of difference. Their behavior was always warm, supportive, and compassionate, making us feel safe and cared for at all times. We are deeply grateful to Dr. Jyoti Bhaskar and Dr. Urvashi for their tremendous support and compassionate care throughout the past eight months of follow-ups and during the smooth delivery of our twins, Ezlyn and Hirz. Their dedication, warmth, and involvement felt more like that of a family member than a healthcare provider, and for that, we are truly thankful. I would also like to express our sincere appreciation to Dr. Rajat Grover for his meticulous attention to detail and his genuine concern for our babies’ health and development. His explanations and reassurance during the time our children were in NICU were both comforting and informative. He went above and beyond not only for our babies’ well-being but also for our peace of mind and we are incredibly grateful. Furthermore, a special thank you to the entire Nursing Staff, Dr Shreya, Anugrah and Housekeeping Team—each member has shown exceptional dedication and positivity. Their collective effort made our hospital experience much smoother and warmer. Last but not the least, the homecare nursing staff Riya and Neha were amazing and they did exception service while providing care at home to our kids. They made our life easier. Best,
