Sudha Hospitals

We had a very positive experience at Sudha Hospital, Erode. The staff, nurses, and doctor were polite, supportive, and guided us well throughout the recovery process. The ward was clean and comfortable, and the food provided was hygienic and satisfactory. The only minor disappointment was the tea, which could be improved. Overall, everything else was excellent and we are grateful for the care received.

Today I visited this hospital for Master health Checkup, the receptionist called Sathya was there to coordinate it. I reached there at 12pm, the front receptionist said check with Sathya as it is 12pm and then pay for it. I reached her and checked she said okay go and pay the bill, I paid 4k for it. Then all the test were done and it is around 4:30pm ,she said it's already her duty is completed so she asked me to sign and get leave ( to receive file)., I said I won't sign as my checkup is not completed - eye checkup , dental and diet consulting. She said it is free only main scans are done ,you go and take near GH for eye check and dentist left the clinic. I asked to you should inform me earlier , why are you now asking me to go out and take - I am paying 4k and you are saying it is free go and take outside. I asked her to complete all the checkups then only I said I will sign and get the file. Then she called the dentist, eye checkup person and took me for diet consulting.then when I visited dentist she told me I have wisdom tooth which has to be removed immediately and there wer cavities, if I didn't ask any questions I might have left without taking these test simply paying amount ...very terrific experience with Mrs.Sathya ( the front office incharge of Master health Checkup). I am paying why the hell I want to go out and take the rest checkups.if it is complimentary then it has to be mentioned in bills( in the vill it is mentioned as 1 unit for all the checkups nd the cumulative charges are 4k. Then I got the HR contact from reception and conveyed the issue to hR team and they said HR madam is in meeting so they will convey it to her and they will warn Sathya. I am not sure whether they are taking this issues as serious one. We are paying and we have to get the necessary services right? @sudha hospital you really need to work on hiring a good resource who perfectly suits for health care segment. Few of the scan and ECG centre employees are very kind! These reception lady is worst!!! Kindly improvise it else these people will reuin your hospital brand.

I had a very positive experience at this hospital, especially in the emergency ward. The response time was incredibly fast, which was a huge relief during a stressful situation. I want to specifically commend Dr. Rajasekar for his kind and caring approach. He made a difficult time much easier to manage.
