A Heartfelt Thank You to Cloudnine Hospital and the Wonderful Team We recently got our baby delivered at Cloudnine Hospital and from start to finish everything was handled with utmost care, warmth, and professionalism. A special mention to Dr. Pooja, my gynaecologist whose constant support and expert guidance made this journey smooth and beautiful. She is the best doctor anyone could have asked for. A big thank you to Dr. Himanshu, the anaesthesiologist , who worked efficiently behind the scenes and ensured everything went perfectly during the procedure. We are so grateful for his role in making the experience safe and comfortable. The entire OT team deserves appreciation for their seamless coordination and comforting approach in what is an emotional and intense moment. You all helped bring our baby into the world safely and with such compassion. Thank you to Sachin, who captured the very first picture of me with my newborn a moment we will treasure forever. We also want to give a special shoutout to Meenakshi, our relationship manager. She was easygoing, helpful, and always cooperative exactly the kind of support one needs during such a big life event. Lastly, heartfelt thanks to the wonderful nursing staff – Priyanka, Divya Lakshmi, Sujata, and Sandhya who took such good care of us with genuine warmth and patience. Life saver for us 🙌 My wife had a serious and emergency high risk hypertension issue. We were nicely explained by Dr Pooja C Thakural and treated well. We had to go for premature birth of our child. We were blessed with a baby boy. He was very weak and underweight. Dr Siddhartha Nayyar helped and treated him with NICU Care. He was kept there for 24 days and treated for his needs. Now he is handed over to us. We are highly grateful of the Pooja Ma'am, Siddhartha Sir and NICU Staff for advices and treatment. Also, billing and other staff is very humble and caring. Ms Simran Bhatia also helped us with various procedures. We appreciate the help received. We newborns Cloud 9 is best with NICU facilities.

From admission to discharge, the attention and compassion shown by these staff members made the experience smooth and comforting.
