The doctor is excellent—very professional and caring, especially during the ultrasound. The level of care and attention provided is truly commendable. However, one area that requires improvement is the waiting time. Even with a prior appointment, the waiting period is often around 2–3 hours, which is similar to walk-in patients. Better time management or appointment scheduling would greatly enhance the overall experience.
