We had an excellent experience with Dr. Nisha Kapoor for our first kid 6 years back and now for our second child as well, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Her years of experience and extensive knowledge becomes evident from the first consultation. She took the time to listen to my wife's concerns, answer all our questions, and explain each step of her treatment plan thoroughly, which really put our mind at ease. Her professionalism and attention to detail are truly commendable. I felt like my wife was in the best hands, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients' health and well-being. Horrible experience at Marengo Asia Hospital. Took my wife for a consult at the hospital. Waited for the doctor for about 120 minutes despite having a prior appointment from the slot offered by Marengo Asia Hospital app. Clueless staff , reluctant to answer even basic questions about the availability of the doctor. As patients, we pay good consultation fee but the doctor and her substandard team fails to recognize the value of our time. Anguished, super frustrated and I really wish they look into this review and at least work towards better management Don't accept online appointments if the doctor cannot be available on the slots Don't make patients wait if the doctor is just not available. Don't waste our time and money , all such patients finance your luxury life , value your patients. Be humane, be considerate, follow the basics of being a doctor.

Dr Kapoor is an excellent gynaecologist with a great team . Starting From her Secretary to her junior Doctors, everyone is patient, do their best to make the patient better and comfortable . A great experience
