Bad experience with hospital i don’t know where to start from First of the receptionist at front desk is highly arrogant. She dont even know how to talk to clients Secondly it takes us 2 hours to get to the doctor for the consultation since she handle everything on her own from ultra sound to dressing it might sound good but it ultimately cost the time to get the consultation of doctor. My wife has to wait 5 hour for the doctor to come and do the caesarean Thirdly, they do all the operation after the opds Fourth they dont have the trained and educated nursing staffs. They are just regular people without any diploma or any degree that they dont care about basic hygiene. They wear gloves or sanitize their hand before taking care of the patients. Since they are inexperienced they dont even know how insert a catheter. They puncture my wife’s viens several time before getting it right. On top of this my child gets jaundice as they didn’t put her into the phototherapy coz they dont have that machine. We have to spend extra money for that treatment and spent the restless in other hospitals. The after surgery care is also negligible and you have to spend the consultation fees again and wait for another two hours while your baby is waiting for their mother. They also use cheap dressing because of that my wife got rashes The only good thing about this hospital is that they have good rooms with ac other than that nothing. 1 out of 5 star

My two pregnancy journeys will always be a heavenly bliss from God and none other than Dr Rita Gaba. I had my two normal deliveries here in KD hospital and this will always be a memorable moment for me and my family also. The ambience , infrastructure and cleanliness of the hospital is superb. The staff is also very polite spoken and supportive .
