i visited Dr. Maulesh Tailor 20/2/2025 I had a terrible experience at this pharmacy. The staff seemed clueless about the medicines they were selling. When I asked about the ingredients and possible side effects of a medication, they couldn’t provide a proper answer and just told me to "read the label." A pharmacist should be knowledgeable and able to guide customers, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. To make things worse, I seriously doubt that the people working there were even qualified pharmacists ???? A pharmacy should be run by trained professionals who can ensure customer safety, but this place left me feeling uncertain and frustrated. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless they hire properly trained pharmacists and improve their service. They don't know how to talk to patients. I have felt this not just this time but many times before.. other wise i will complain on PHARMACY COUNCIL OF INDIA

I am deeply concerned about the lack of urgency and attention during my recent visit. Despite the patient requesting oxygen, the medical officer and staff were preoccupied with other tasks. Unfortunately, the patient collapsed within minutes, and no doctor was called immediately. Even at 1:45 PM, there was no response from the medical staff. It was only after the patient had passed away that Dr. Dhaval Shah arrived. This delay in critical care is unacceptable. I strongly advise against seeking treatment at this facility.
