Very bad experience with this hospital Shubhkamna heart hospital these people are not saving the Patient instead they have making business in the name of hospital and not saving the Patient life. Staff are also uneducated and they don't have knowledge of medication. I had a deeply disappointing experience at this hospital. The doctor was unprofessional, dismissive of my concerns, and showed a clear lack of empathy during my consultation. Instead of offering guidance or reassurance, I felt rushed and unheard. The hospital staff was equally unhelpful—rude, disorganized, and inattentive to basic patient needs. Long waiting times, poor communication, and a general lack of accountability made the entire visit extremely stressful. I expected a certain standard of care and respect, but unfortunately, this experience fell far below that. I would not recommend this facility to anyone seeking compassionate and competent medical attendence.

In this hospital my father went through AICD surgery, he is heart failure patient and we are continuously in treatment with dr aman sinha sir . To be honest like he is very good docter he listen everything from patients and reply to your all doubts , all staffs are also very good n helpful. It's very good and blessing to have hospital like shubhkamna in small town like gaya.
