Dr. PSLK Prasanthi

We had consulted Dr.Prasanthi Mam and were extremely happy with her treatment. She is very kind, professional, and takes great care of her patients. Her approach made us feel confident and comfortable throughout the process. However, we were quite disappointed with the hospital staff. Their behavior was rude, unresponsive, and unprofessional. Despite multiple calls and messages, they hardly responded, which caused a lot of stress during an already sensitive time. Unfortunately, due to a misunderstanding or misinformation shared by the staff, we were advised to consult another doctor. We truly believe that such decisions should not be based solely on staff input without hearing the patient's side as well. We still hold great respect for the doctor and her expertise, but we hope the staff's behavior and communication issues are addressed so that future patients don't face the same experience. Dr.prasanthi garu like treats own family members the service is soooo Good 😊😊 madam was so cool and best doctor and best clinic in guntur and other hospitals better than Dr. Prasanthi clinic ♥️♥️

Good doctor she has so much patience and answers to all the questions politely. But the receptionist was too aggrogant and they never responds to the questions asked by patients and replies so rudely.
