Visited here today and overall experience is horrible... Unclear Billing: Despite paying thousands, they provide handwritten bills that are impossible to understand. This lack of transparency in billing is unacceptable. No Digital Bills: Refusing to provide digital bills adds to the overall lack of professionalism and transperancy... Prescription Issues: If you want to purchase medicines outside due to their high prices, they won’t disclose the names of the medicines, essentially forcing you to buy from them. Lack of Concern for Patients: Once the consultation fee is paid, staff shows no interest in addressing patient concerns... This facility lacks basic transparency and professionalism. I would not recommend it unless significant improvements are made. Response to owner comment: I appreciate your prompt response, but I must express my disappointment with the way my concerns have been addressed. Prescription & Billing Transparency: While you claim the prescriptions and handwritten bills are legible and standard, this was not my experience. The lack of clarity in the billing process and refusal to provide digital bills hinder transparency and professionalism. In today's digital age, providing a clear, itemized digital bill should be standard practice, ensuring patients fully understand their expenses. Medication Purchase Policy: The assertion that prescriptions are legible does not align with my experience. Furthermore, the insinuation that I would easily find medications elsewhere if I hadn’t purchased from your dispensary is misleading. Patients should have the freedom to choose where they buy their medications without facing unnecessary obstacles or feeling pressured to purchase from your clinic. Staff Interaction: Your defense of the staff’s behavior, based on camera reviews, dismisses my firsthand experience. Regardless of my demeanor, as a paying patient, I expected courteous and professional service. Holding me accountable for seeking clarity on my prescription and billing during my visit is unacceptable. The expectation of empathy and support from the staff was unmet, adding to my dissatisfaction. Cost of Treatment: While I understand the cost of medications is not within your control, the lack of transparency and the manner in which costs were communicated left much to be desired. Patients have a right to clear, upfront information about their treatment options and associated costs. I shared my experience not as slander but as honest feedback in the hope that it would be taken constructively. Dismissing it as slander undermines the genuine concerns of patients who expect better service. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work towards improving transparency, communication, and patient care at your clinic.
