Cloudnine Hospital

We had a wonderful experience during the birth of our second child at Cloudnine Hospital, GCR. From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely attentive, compassionate, and professional. A special thanks to Dr. Deepa Dewan and her entire team – the way they cared for every little detail throughout the pregnancy and explained everything so clearly is beyond words. Their constant support and guidance made the journey so much easier and stress-free. The nursing staff deserves a huge appreciation too. Not only were they highly skilled, but they also ensured we were comfortable, informed, and emotionally supported at every step. Their personal involvement in every situation truly made a difference. Thank you, Cloudnine, for making this beautiful phase of our life so smooth and memorable.

Words are not enough to describe our gratitude towards Deepa Maam, she is the best ob/gyn you would ever come across. We will always be thankful to her for the guidance and support throughout our pregnancies. Cloudnine hospital does not feel like a hospital but a very comforting place. The support staff including Meenakshi and Komal has been our pillar of strength during and post delivery. Special mention for Patient care GDA staff Anju, Amrita and Aasma and Housekeeping supervisor Rohit and Arvind. We would like to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. Lastly we would recommend anyone who’s planning or expecting a child to visit here, you can thank us later!!! :)

Dr Deepa Dewan is one of the best obstetrician and a gem of a person. She was calm and a good listener, making my wife’s pregnancy journey a wonderful experience. Words are really less to describe how wonderful doctor and a human being Deepa Ma’am is. The admission process at cloud9 was very smooth, staff was very attentive and caring. Deepa maam’s team is an excellent one they kept motivating my wife with positive words and thoughts during delivery. Special mention to Shumaela for helping in the entire process. She not only ensure understanding the formalities but she was there for me and my wife personally making sure we have all the information much needed at this precious time. She was always available as a family member to us. The experience with nursing staff Komal, Nisha, Shivani, Urmila was also excellent they were very kind and helpful throughout the postpartum days at the hospital. They were all very supportive and easy to communicate with smile on their face, for each and every small doubts and issues related to baby care or my wife’s care. They were always available to help my wife with breast feeding and helping us keep the baby clean and put to sleep throughout the day. The GDA staff including Anju, Amrita and Jyoti are very helpful , motivated my wife a lot so that she is able to gain some confidence post hospital discharge and able to walk properly.
