We had the absolute privilege of being under the care of Dr. Chandan Kachru at Cloudnine Hospital, Sector 47, Gurgaon, throughout our pregnancy journey—and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From our very first consultation, Dr. Chandan stood out not just as a medical professional, but as a true coach and guide—someone who is extremely patient, warm, and always available. In a time where rushed appointments are the norm, she takes the time to explain, reassure, and guide you with clarity and compassion. Her calm demeanor and expert advice gave us confidence and peace of mind every step of the way. One thing that truly sets her apart is that she shared her personal contact number with us—something that is very rare these days. While we ensured never to call or disturb her unless it was urgent, just having that access gave us tremendous comfort. It’s a small gesture on the surface, but it reflects deep commitment and care that goes far beyond expectations. What’s even more incredible is that even after delivery, Dr. Chandan has continued to support us with medication guidance and follow-ups. During the pregnancy, despite her tight schedule, she personally checked our daily sugar readings for gestational diabetes and responded with timely advice. That kind of attention to detail is not easy to find. She’s a doctor who genuinely goes deep into the case and cares about every aspect of the patient’s well-being. We are truly wowed by her meticulousness, sincerity, calming nature, and deep medical knowledge. We’d also like to sincerely thank Poonam and Lakshmi at Dr. Chandan’s reception desk for always being so helpful and warm. A big shoutout to Sukhen from the cloud nine admin team—your support and responsiveness really made our experience smoother. The overall Cloudnine experience was very positive. The hospital is clean, modern, well-equipped, and the team of experts—from doctors to support staff—ensures that both medical care and emotional well-being are looked after. If I had to share just one piece of feedback, it would be this: Cloudnine should consider adding more billing counters, especially during peak hours when queues can get quite long. Also, increasing senior staff availability in the emergency area would help enhance response times and patient comfort even further. That said, we are truly grateful to Dr. Chandan and the entire Cloudnine team for being such an integral part of this unforgettable journey.
