Dear Unit Head / Medical Superintendent, I am writing to share my recent experience at your Sector 14, Gurgaon hospital, which unfortunately did not meet the standards one expects from a reputed corporate healthcare institution. I visited your facility yesterday with complaints of loose motions and mild fever. Following the consultation, I was prescribed the "Miracle Cardiac Package" along with a CBC blood test, to which I consented. My appointment was scheduled for today. However, I would like to bring the following concerns to your attention: Non-functional Online Payment Machine: It is highly disappointing that the hospital's card payment machine has been non-operational since yesterday. In the current digital age, such an issue is not only inconvenient but also unacceptable for a corporate hospital. Delayed Report Delivery: I was informed that my reports would be made available only on Monday, 2nd June 2025. This delay is unreasonable, particularly when smaller diagnostic labs are able to provide such reports within hours. If this is the standard timeline, I would seriously consider opting for external labs in the future. Inadequate Breakfast Arrangement: The breakfast included in the package was served at 12:45 PM and consisted merely of a small bowl of cornflakes, two toasts, and a cup of coffee. The limited seating arrangement further added to the discomfort. This is not aligned with the level of care and comfort typically expected in such packages. Please note that I am from the medical fraternity myself, and I have never experienced such treatment at any professional healthcare facility. I urge you to review your processes and service quality. The level of care, facilities, and communication needs urgent improvement. Moreover, there appears to be an excessive focus on monetization through registration and packaged services without ensuring a commensurate level of patient experience. I hope you take this feedback seriously and initiate appropriate corrective measures.

Miracles Apollo Cradle Hospital is located in sector 14 market, Old Gurugram Delhi road, Gurugram. This hospital is well known as a maternity hospital. But i get my mother varicose veins surgery here by Dr. Bikram Mohanty. It's overall treatment and staff services were good. Infrastructure was good. This is not a very big hospital so you will feel some space issue if compare with big premises hospitals. But overall services are good here. One negative thing I feel here was suffocation. It was time of december month obviously we will not run AC. But there was no ventilation in the building. So we feel a huge suffocation in the room and have to turn on the AC for surviving. Otherwise infrastructure and medical services were good.

I had a very bad experience with this hospital. 1. Junior doctors are inexperienced. Due to which I faced problems after operation. 2. Hospital charges money for everything. 3. I had a operation in Max, they were considerate and returned advance booking money when they received authorisation from my insurance however here the hospital charged heavily even after the pre-approval was done and hence insurance did not covered everything. 4. They have a non refundable policy on advance money. 5 One star for Room. 6. Since I consulted the senior doctor my self so no star there 7. No staff answers when you press the button
