Money minded treatment! Highly unprofessional and not at all humanely! I would recommend not to visit this clinic. I first booked the appointment through practo, but as the doctor was unavailable I was manipulated to take consultancy online, which I did. During this time the staff seemed too interested in my case, till the time they minted money. As I did a physical visit for the same issue the next day, doctor acted very busy, like she wanted to get rid of me in 15 min irrespective of clearing my queries or doubts, she also said we discuss your issues in next visit. I was asked to take a test for which reports were issued after 5 days. (Have been through multiple tests in past years and this being the only place where report took 5 days) While giving the tests as suggested by the doctor, reception staff assured that the report consultation will and same issue follow up with doctor in included in the test plus consultation fees that was already paid. I was promised that doctor will refer the report and check the same issue in case needed without any additional cost (As I already paid the test price and consultation price) However, once the report came, the staff completely took back their words and started asking more money to check the reports for the same issue that was suppose to be a follow up Upon insisting upon their promise, I got a generic message from the doctor on WhatsApp that everything is fine drink more water. For further query book an appointment Now I doubt weather the tests done on me were genuinely required or it was one of the cheap money minting techniques the greedy doctor and staff pulled out on me. Such doctors are the reason why people do not trust them anymore. I would request this doctor to use her knowledge for betterment of patients instead of minting money and torturing them. To all the people reading the review, please lookout for some other Gynac who is more caring and available towards the patients.
