The behavior of the senior authority at this hospital towards the patient was shockingly apathetic. It's truly disheartening. It seems that when individuals gain positions without effort, they often fail to understand or respect the value of that responsibility

We visited this clinic on 18th may but we didn’t know that we have to face a such a disappointing experience. We have wait for the doc for more than 3 hours. We reached around 10 in morning and got to know from reception that doc will come late after one hour. But she didn’t show up. She came after 1 in the noon. This doc. Made her patient wait for than hours. Just to be clear there was no emergency she gone for her personal work( told by reception). She even don’t have little basic ethic to pick up call and tell the exact time to us instead she just ignored calls. After asking for refund of our consultation fees so that we can go some where else we got to know they can’t do it doc. Don’t allowed to them. Like her we all has our personal work too… who gave her right that she can treat us like that. I just want say that if u r reading it please respect ur patient time and ur staff to. I can clearly see that how they were stuck in the mess which was just created by you . Which made them helpless and nothing they can do it. Emergency and one hour late can be understood and a head up will be much appreciated. Just a frustrating and worthless experience I would say it. They don’t deserve one start also.

Best hospital I have ever seen in Haldwani. Doctor and whole team is very good And the patient's care and treatment is very good.👍👍
