I had a very disappointing experience at Matrix Hospital—not because of the doctors, who were professional and competent—but solely because of the nursing staff. Their lack of empathy, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior made a difficult time even more stressful for my family. The nurses were rude, inattentive, and dismissive, often ignoring patient calls or responding with irritation. At times, they seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than in caring for patients. Basic requests were delayed or outright neglected. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in a healthcare environment where patients need compassion and timely support. Matrix Hospital seriously needs to re-evaluate the training, attitude, and supervision of their nursing staff. It’s unfortunate that such a reputed facility allows this kind of behavior from its support team. Until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend this hospital to others.

My mother has been admitted in this hospital from last 2 days she had a severe injury last time we were satisfied with the services but this time there is no proper service and care taking from the staff. Thoda bahut nursing staff thik hai but house keeping se there is no one to come until you call them 10 times. Meri mother ko stool pressure tha I was calling for house keeping from last 1 hour but no one is bothering to come. This wa really disappointing
